My Global Journey
Born in Turin, Italy, in 1982, I have built a career that spans continents, industries, and cultures. My journey began in my hometown, where I studied and lived until 2012, before embarking on a global professional adventure. I've worked and lived across Peru, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Russia, Turkey, Brazil, and Australia.
This international exposure has given me a unique multicultural perspective, enabling me to lead and collaborate effectively within multi-cultural and cross-functional teams. My ability to adapt leadership styles to different cultural contexts has become one of my defining strengths.

2007–2009
Turin, Italy
Co-founded a startup disrupting the real estate market with 3D graphic simulations and 3D printing technology. Two startups incubated at I3P, the Polytechnic of Turin’s innovation incubator.
2009–2012
Turin, Italy
CEO of a EUR 2M public company overseeing essential municipal services for Turin, driving significant operational improvements.
2012–2013
Lima, Peru
PM/BIM Manager at GEODATA, Linea 2 Metro project. Contributed to the early phases of a critical urban infrastructure.
2014
São Paulo, Brazil
Managed and coordinated delivery of the São Paulo Metro project.
2015–2017
Santiago, Chile
Led the Santiago–Batuco Railway Project.
2018–2019
Istanbul, Turkey
Oversaw delivery of the Dudulu–Bostancı Metro project.
2020
Sydney, Australia
Relocated permanently to Australia.
2021–2023

Digital Engineering Manager at AECOM, leading Digital Delivery programs for TfNSW (Great Western Highway Upgrade, Western Harbour Tunnel). USD 5M program, 50+ FTE across 6 countries. Commended as TfNSW benchmark.
2023–2024

Global Computational Design Manager at AECOM. Achieved 60% design time reduction and USD 20M productivity gains across 6 regions.

Co-founded Will & AI, winner of the Microsoft for Startups AI Hackathon. Completed International Executive MBA at POLIMI (110/110 cum laude).

Founder & CEO, WisyPlan. Left AECOM to build the AI operating system for construction project delivery.
