Led the Digital Delivery program for a major TfNSW infrastructure project (USD 5M program, 50+ FTE across 6 countries). Commended by Transport for NSW as a benchmark for digital delivery.
Global Computational Design at AECOM
As Global Computational Design Manager at AECOM, achieved a 60% reduction in design time and delivered USD 20M in productivity gains across 6 regions.
Startup Founder & Innovator
Co-founded four startups, two incubated at I3P (Innovative Companies Incubator, Polytechnic of Turin). Co-founded Will & AI (2024), winner of the Microsoft for Startups AI Hackathon in San Francisco.
WisyPlan
Founded and currently building WisyPlan (wisyplan.ai), an AI operating system for construction project delivery. First paying client acquired; growing pipeline across Australia and the US.
